HR Business Partner - Manufacturing-005OT2

MISSION

  • Drive Employee Engagement and Retention initiatives (both blue and white collar employees)
  • HR Business Partner initiatives / campaigns as rolled out by Schneider Electric (Goal setting, Competency review, Individual Development plan, Talent review, Global salary review, One Voice Engagement survey etc)
  • Support Onboarding Process effectiveness for blue and white collar Employees, work with HRS to improve the process.
  • 1.HR Business Partner role : to drive HRBP related work as required by the HRBP Manager :

  • Own Biz partnering with the assigned internal key customer departments
  • Key portfolios of responsibility : Learning & development (incl Plug-in new comers, soft skill, leadership development, technical skill), Talent management & development.
  • 2.Employee relation / Engagement and Retention :

  • Drive employee retention initiatives through the business managers
  • Run employee engagement programs, leveraging cross department resources.
  • 3.Coordinate with HRS and Hiring managers to make Onboarding Process smooth and good experience for White Collar Employees

    Connect with New Employees within the first 60 days

    Involve in Young Talent Recruitment and Onboarding

    Recruitment support as needed (NDVC & DVC which is owned by TA& HRES).

    Qualifications

    Education : University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Social Humanity, English or other relating universities

    Working Experience : Preferred at least 5 years’ experience in HR generalist or could be HR specialist / other business background with strong interest in HRBP in complex organization

    Strong Industrial and employee relationship skills and experience

    Experience working with both white collar and blue collar workers

    Proven ability to manage change.

    Business Understanding : Understanding of the manufacturing and engineering / high tech industry

    Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills) : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to engage and build networks

    Energetic and resilient with proven influencing skills, be able to understand and meet the needs of stake holders

    Passionate and strong drive to succeed
