Description

Monitor machine handler OEE%, MTBA% and tester downtime in our HIC packages (Mini DIP, DIP S6, SIP K, TM-BIM )

Take the main responsibility to perform machine PM, control spare parts and repair activity in the line.

Daily monitoring issues in production line and report as well

Team work with Production, Process and QA team to measure / analysis and troubleshooting issue at Final test

Support line technicians to follow machine downtime in case of machine hard down.

Take owner to create document, machine procedure, SME docs and training new employees.

Take care internal & external calibration all machine at final test : automation line testers, manual line testers, ESD checker, OSC, DVM, tooling

Qualifications

Diploma or above in Engineering or Science or related field.

Good command of English

Fresh graduate or minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Possess knowledge on product characteristics, process and equipment capabilities.

Able to carry out effective troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components / equipment.

Able to apply continuous improvement methodology on chronic equipment failure.

Effective team work and communication.

Able to work in shift
