Alibaba Global Supply Chain team aims to provide one-stop solution to help global supplier export easily, our service including buyer protection’ order system, cross border payment, foreign currency exchange, logistics, customs declaration and trade finance and so on.

We are now looking for a candidate to take on Senior Fund Solution Expert in Global Supply Chain team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing sustainable payment / fund solution for Vietnam suppliers to sell overseas.

Responsibilities : 1) Understand Alibaba global strategy and build local fund platform including cross border payment, local collecting, exchange and distributing which maximizes customer (supplier and buyer) benefits2) Understand local regulation and liaise with regulator to ensure stability of Alibaba global payment platform.

3) Work with bank and payment institution to provide competitive fund / payment solution to enable local suppliers to use our service with favorable experience4) Take a deep dive into local supplier’s needs and insight market trend, along with creative endeavors to thrive local market5) Partner with product design, sales, finance, legal, compliance and other cross functional teams to successfully launch business initiatives / projects, governing the whole process as an owner6) Be a culture carrier for the organization, to promote Alibaba’s vision and mission, motivate, inspire, bring together those who work around you;

Be Alibaba’s local Ambassador, to interface and interact with local regulators, government authorities when necessary7) Business commercialization including business plan, pricing, operation, financial estimate etc.

Job requirements

Proven Bank, financial institution industry with 8+ years of experience in Vietnam.- Extensive experience and knowledge on understanding local regulation and strong resource and experience on handling local regulator- Experience working and negotiating with internal and external business partners and stakeholders- Project management ability and capable of leading multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects exceptional communication and presentation skills- Fluent English and Chinese, China working experience preferred
