KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and improve fraud detection system including both early warning and late warning triggers;

Identify risk factors and trends of potentially fraudulent activity by utilizing technical data analysis and statical interpretation, including anomalies in data and operations.

Utilize analytics to optimize existing fraud strategies, identify opportunities for driving operational efficiencies to mitigate fraud losses and manage costs;

Provide analysis and recommend preventive actions;

Identify innovative tools, techniques for operational efficiency and process improvements;

Cooperate with colleagues in technology and external vendors up to date fraud solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 3 years of experience in data analytics;

Experience with Oracle Data warehouse / SQL, Python;

English at the communicative level;

Good written and verbal communication; skills in both English and Vietnamese.
