  • Updating the content for all Social Media platforms (Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Line)
  • Collaborating with MARCOM team for the content and images updating
  • Create and write the text and post it to each social media channel at different time based on the nature of audiences on each channel
  • Managing and monitoring hotel online presence on all online platforms (Social Media + OTAs) Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Google Plus to ensure the brand is under protected
  • Interact, answering, replying questions and enquires from Fans and followers to achieve a level of service quality and professionalism that consistently meets and preferably exceeds the expectations of fans and guests
  • Proactively manage hotel’s online presence via the web providers and internal content management systems & tools of the brand and property based micro-site
  • To proactively manage the online presence of the hotel on tourism and business websites for the hotel
  • Updating hotel’s blog to boost brand awareness, attract potential new customers, as well as new leads generation etc.
  • Be a webmaster, managing and updating the plugins, blog software and site’s theme to ensure its compatible with the latest WordPress software version
  • Replies to guests comments on Trip Advisor, and all OTAs and check hotel online presence with digital tools
  • Answer Q&A on Trip Advisor in real time
  • Interacting with guests on Local Measure in real time
  • Manage the e-marketing direct mail process with Mailchimp Chimp mail
  • Manage CRM and promotional activity

  • Educational background : Bachelor’s degree or higher. Specialized : Hospitality Management, Business Management, Information technology
  • Working for a hotel or booking agency is advantage.
  • Understanding of hotel operations and knowledge about Facebook ads, online tools
  • Ability to work well under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market.
  • Knowledge of hospitality marketing and marketing at booking agency (booking.com, agoda.com, traveloka )
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Individual is high energy individual with a positive attitude is a must. Guest service and team oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional business ethics, decorum and social skills.
