KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Follow Subvention Document

  • Collect subvention document which is sent by sales network
  • Add product into dealer / shop after receiving document
  • Submit eligible document to get authorized signature
  • Create ID and scan document into Subvention tool
  • Pack all qualified documents and send to the warehouse
  • 2. Data reconciliation

  • Calculate subvention fee based on list of applied product
  • Checking with partner to get their confirmation
  • Import file to issue red invoice / Adjustment if any
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • From 6 months of working experience in sales admin, administrative work or related.
  • College degree in Business Administration or related
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good writing, reading English skills, communicative English
