Are you interested in a Warehouse role that directly involving in monitoring inventory and operations related in the Warehouse .

Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to :

Handle the inbound & outbound

Handle the expired or damaged / near expiration / returned / recalled / rejected / retention stocks

Handle the shortage or overage of stocks

Handle temperature control products in inbound and storage area

Handle manage and training for other team members if required

Handle bin location of product

Duties :

Process the stock inbound & outbound. Sign on documents related to inbound and outbound

Assure that all expired or damaged / near expiration / returned / recalled / rejected / retention stocks are segregated and controlled properly.

Assure that all expired or damaged / near expiration / returned / recalled / rejected / retention stocks and shortage or overages are documented accurately.

Coordinate with Warehouse Manager in the matter of notification of expired or damaged / near expiration / returned / recalled / rejected / retention stocks and shortage to QA.

Control download and management data from data logger for inbound shipment and record temperature at storage area in accordance with SOP / WI

Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager in the matter of goods destruction and stock -taking

Process the warehouse transfer of expired or damaged / near expiration stocks in the system.

Ensure that actual physical bin location of product and on inventory management system is match

Internal training on his or her own specific tasks.

Other tasks assigned by Warehouse Manager

Why you?

Basic Qualifications :

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :

Forklift driving skill & experience is must, at least 1 years operate with electric fork truck

Forklift driving license is valid

Senses of responsibility / self-confidence / self-control

Capable of information collection, analysis & presentation

Knowledge and experience at the position of Warehouse operator role, esp in GSP WH

Knowledge in working with SAP / WMS, Microsoft office, Outlook

English, communication at acceptable level
