  • Owns specific digital channels and responsible for maximizing the customer experience through engagement activities and content delivery.
  • Closely align with Marketing (CBM / CBL) to ensure consistency for brands across channels
  • ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    General

  • Works with CBLs and other commercial roles to develop holistic omni-channel strategic plan for market
  • Provides a consistent One Pfizer approach to deliver cutting-edge channel orchestration and content development best practice based on local knowledge and experience, e.g.,
  • Channel support, analytics and utilization of SEO / SEM
  • Content format and delivery to meet local customer needs
  • Works with CBL, Patient and Healthcare Experience team (P&HX) and other commercial roles to translate strategy and tactics into yearly content plan
  • Advises CBLs on how to orchestrate the use of approved channels by customer type, considering their affinity to ensure the best experience possible for the customer
  • Introduces CBLs to A / B testing, trains them in it and ensures a rapid iteration of content with customers
  • Audits content proposal and provide recommendations on how to make content omni-channel adapted
  • Develops omni-channel best-practices & trainings and actively brings to them to markets in collaboration with global and regional functions
  • Develops trainings to create / enhance agile, omni-channel content creation capabilities in collaboration with L&D
  • Vietnam-specific :

  • Responsible for launch of
  • including content calendar and effectiveness of channel with HCPs

  • Partner with CBL on
  • content calendar. CCS owns the channel, CBL owns the brand so alignment is essential to success

  • Responsible for CEP execution for Zalo and Facebook
  • Support Pharma Group with suggestions to improve regulations regarding digital channels and content
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) on all VN content rules
  • Establish and / or streamline new content usage pathways
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of commercial experience, preferably in pharmaceutical marketing or sales
  • Understanding of the rules / regulations governing pharmaceutical content in Vietnam
  • Prior digital marketing experience including experience in search engine optimization, paid search, paid social media (paid posts), organic search and organic social
  • Strong understanding of digital channels and the strategic choices companies should make to maximize brand impact within each channel
  • Proven experiences in Multi-Channel Marketing Planning, Execution and Measurement
  • Prior experience utilizing analytics from digital channels including email campaigns and social campaigns
  • Ability to extract key signals from metrics and KPIs to evaluate and optimize the performance of channels and campaigns
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytic, interpersonal, influence and communications skills
  • Strong partner relationship and collaboration skills - ability to generate credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Strong English and Vietnamese language ability (written and spoken)
  • Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent
