Training plan and budget :
Analyze the training needs and come up with Training & budget plan. Analyze,
Exclusive to combine possible trainings from other training functions to optimize
Monitor the training plan within approved budget.
Manage Trainers to ensure training plan implemented properly and timely.
Training implementation : Be in charge of leading, consulting & coordinating role in training implementation at B'smart.
Internal training :
Be a main trainer to conduct most of training programs focused for Management levels (both new store opening and existing stores), including Functional, Management and Soft skills
Work closely with Operation Team to ensure the efficient implementation of the
corporate working format
Build internal trainer team to implement general skills, support them to design &
develop specific training content, help internal trainers including technical ones to
improve their skills;
External training :
Cooperate with external providers to select proper trainers, work with external
trainers / agencies and actively participate in a process of designing & developing
training to build proper training content;
Consult partners effective ways for training application in workplace. Follow up,
evaluate after training programs.
Database & Reports
Manage database, reports, training history records, training provider list, library of hard and soft copy books, materials, .
store training materials with clear and tidy folders and index, also update new training materials on training platforms.
Conduct regular reports, ad-hoc reports and initial give analysis, suggestions to
improve the quality of work.
Talent Development & Succession planning
Coordinate with HRBP, relevant partners to implement and monitor Talent
Development program and Succession plan

Effective performance of this job requires the person to be really hands-on and persistence to follow through meticulously key steps of the operational procedure.
Essentially the profile of the job holder should include :
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications.
At least 5 years working experience in Training, HR
Master the business's operations in retail industry
Functional competencies : Training Needs Analysis, Training Design andn Development, Training Delivery and Evaluation
Strong in leadership, management
Good presentation, communication skill and facilitating skill
Good in English, Vietnamese, both in written and spoken
Personal quality such as maturity, self motivated, good interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy, strong in organizational and planning
Good skills for MS office software (Word, Excel, Power point)
