Learning point-of-contact for the Support Functions (Finance, CA, Legal & HR, Commercials) to ensure that Organization get the right development opportunities in lines with the business requirement, right culture and competency.
Learning and Development
Identifies individual and organizational learning & development needs and ensures right solutions for the Support functions & Commercials.
Creates the learning and development plan for the Support functions & Commercials.
Follows up mandatory training courses, induction training.
Evaluates learning and development activities
Promotes E-Learning in all general and functional area.
Ensures high quality and integrity of L&D data by monitoring accuracy, consistency and reporting on time.
Soft skills & Leadership
Assists Learning & Development Manager in designing of local soft skills / leadership curriculum.
Delivers some soft skills training.

5 - 10 years of working experience
Able to connect with different stakeholders on the development needs
Understand competency models and learning interventions
