Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

1. Operational excellence :

  • Drive service and process simplification and enhancement.
  • Work with different process / system owners to adopt / develop the most appropriate tool and process to be used in facility management areas.
  • Ensure the readiness of the team in delivering optimum facility management services.
  • Manage to ensure facility management procurement to be carried out effectively & efficiently.
  • Engage to get the best of service providers in delivery of optimum services
  • 2. Company policies :

  • Recommend, communicate and implement facility management policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Establish and maintain tracking which verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data e.g. contract management etc.
  • 3. Service management :

  • Oversee the delivery of facility management services : Reception, Office purchase and maintenance, Travel management, Canteen operation, Office cleaning & gardening.
  • Manage HCMC s office asset, including replenishment and write-off, oversee the asset management of other sites.
  • Ensure facility management’s asset to be maintained properly and consistently in physical and tracking system.
  • Take charge of special purchase, printing and delivery, including but not limited to Diary, Tet gift.
  • 4. Office leasing & renovation :

  • Take charge of offices’ leasing, renovation and operation, including Contract negotiation and management, insurance, space / workplace and moving management.
  • Manage office safety and security. Ensure all guidelines, standards, building’s requirements to be observed and maintained effectively.
  • Identify office’s improvement and maintenance needs; co-ordinate with service providers and related users (if applicable) for maintenance.
  • 5. Team management :

  • Organize and lead the subordinates’ activities
  • Define development measures to develop subordinates’ competencies.
  • Resolve discipline and handle grievance.
  • Be responsible for cost center budgeting and management of the relevant facility management costs.
  • Yêu Cầu Công Việc

    1. Education : Degree, preferably in Business Administration

    2. Working Experience : Min 5 years relevant experience in MNCs with at least 2 years in leadership position.

    3. Technical & Professional Knowledge :

  • Good knowledge of office administration / management; sourcing and managing service providers.
  • Good English and computer skills (Microsoft office)
