Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to elicit and define user requirements

Research competitive products or other products on the market and suggest ideas / solutions to clients.

Contact to Partners for integration with outside system (Payment gateway, Third-party supplier, );

Analyze requirements and create function list, usecases, User stories, SRS, mockup, prototype..

Conduct training for project team members and stakeholders to understand the business.

Work closely with development team and follow the process of the project (schedule, timeline, release date );

Support and review the testing scenarios, test data, verifying bugs / issues.

Conduct and support users for UAT, verifying if any bugs or issues occur.

Create manual guide for product and conduct demo to clients.
