Job Description
Correspond to Japanese employees' concerns related to Compensation & Benefit (C&B)
Input, update and maintain employee database (information of personal, family, employment, working schedule etc.) in HR system of Japan
Provide timely and accurate calculation of payroll, allowance and working information for all Japanese employees
Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Passionate in HR development, especially in C&B
English : intermediate
Japanese : N2
Skillful in personnel administration, analyzing information and filling system
Must be organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work for quality
Good at Microsoft office
