  • Lead tenders of local accounts / national accounts in Vietnam.
  • Manage the Tender Process from Pre-Tender to Implementation phase
  • Support strategy to maintain existing business and achieve growth on strategic targeted tender scope.
  • Preside and facilitate all tender calls from pre-tender, to wrap up or implementation hand-over calls (if required).
  • Review the tender documents. Highlight key commercial (payment terms, liability, penalties) and operational requirements (manual intensive reports, control tower, etc.

  • Product Pricing teams as well as other stakeholders such as Risk Management, Finance
  • Involve Country Implementation Team during the tender launch stage for potential operational red flags review.
  • Global Tender Platform (GTP) Updates : Document all tender calls in Meeting Minutes section. Upload all tender documents and update all mandatory milestones, tender team, and financials information.
  • Perform tender checklist, quality pricing reviews and review of submission against customer requirements, prior to final submission to Sales lead and / or customer.
  • Perform final bid submission in web portals and / or live e-bids.
  • Support Sales in RFIs compilation and completion.
  • Support Sales in developing written proposals thru pulling together standard materials from the library, coordinate and / or compilation of case studies or solution from various subject matter experts.
  • Proactively upsell and / or cross-sell product solutions and capabilities during the tender process.
  • Attend to customer calls or face-to-face, related to tenders, when required.
  • Monitor, follow up and ensure on-time completion of all action items and / or deliverables of the respective tender stakeholders during the tender process.
  • Execute Internal Post Tender (iPTR) Process to gather lessons learnt during the tender process and drive
  • External Post Tender (ePTR) Process to obtain results and feedback directly from the customers through the ePTR interviews.
  • Proactively monitor customer feedback and / or award, to ensure ample time for proper business implementation.

  • Interpret and / or analyze tender report data from GTP (e.g. radar report, compliance, data completion, workload planning, hit ratio, tender trends, etc.)

  • Updates on the global / regional tender and pricing process
  • Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • English communication in both speaking & writing.
  • Microsoft Office skill, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Data analysis.
  • Bachelor in Supply Chain Logistics, Foreign Trade, Commercial, Economy or any related field.
  • Advanced English business.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skill
  • 2-3 years of experience in the same field, or in Pricing is an added advantage.
