IT Manufacturing Service Desk Intern works in factory operation shift hours to resolve IT incidents escalated directly by users.
The job scope includes, but not limited to :
Integrate, test, install, configure, and support Factory automation systems.
Coordinates factory requirements, maps them to automation systems capabilities, and recommends technical solutions.
Apply advanced troubleshooting to automation system problems.
Drive continuous improvement efforts to meet automation systems health goals, as well as emerging capability needs.
The ideal candidate should meet our basic requirements as below :
Possess or studying a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related engineering fields
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
A team player
Resourceful, creative and innovative in coming out with ideas to resolve issues
Proficient with current IT technologies
