Our client is a leading group in real estate, construction, energy & hospitality in Vietnam.

  • Report to : CEO
  • Control of the HR overall functions.
  • Formulate personnel systems and strategies appropriate to the company’s corporate missions and goals.
  • Recruit and oversee recruitment and hiring process.
  • Develop remuneration and reward procedures.
  • Plan and direct employee training and development programs.
  • Improve management / employee communications, including mediation of disputes, and advise line managers on how to implement personnel policies.
  • Structure benefit programs to attract and retain top talents.
  • Initiate, oversee, coordinate and update human resource software systems.
  • Suggest appropriate innovative measures for improving performance evaluations and employee engagement.

  • BSc / BA in human resources, business administration, or relevant field; MSc / MA in human resources will be a plus or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in HR, proven experience as HR Director.
  • Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
  • Good business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
  • Good knowledge of data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
