I. Manpower planning :
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, timely recruitment of all staff;
Check and follow-up manpower changes of each Department and the whole company;
Conduct recruitment process for selection of right candidate for all vacant positions;
Handle recruitment and selection for specific positions with other managers and / or department's heads.
II. Compensation and benefits packages :
Carry out annual salary survey to ensure all benefits remaining competitive in the labor market;
Plan and work out benefits programs to promote safety and health of employees;
Maintain and enhance the staff welfare to ensure high morale amongst the employees and suggest payroll & remuneration policies;
Supervise the HR administration to ensure local employee's benefits are competitive and payments are made according to the HR policies and legal compliance.
III. Employment & Labor relations :
Maintain good relationship with local labor service, social insurance to be known as a best place to work for in terms of law compliance and long-term career;
Ensure 100% compliant statutory labor legislation and group policies.
Counsel employees and managers about HR staff management policies and procedures
Assure Labor relations in mutual respect of company objectives and employees (Labor contracts, Social & Health Insurance);
Keep up with changes on Labor Laws issues and pro-actively prepare back-up actions for the Company policy and procedures;
Cement transparent and harmonious relationship between the management and employees;
Organize Employee Relation Activities to create ideal working center;
Conduct regular inspection in the factory and to enforce safety & company policies.

University degree, majored in Business Administration / HR Management
At least 03 years of managerial level experience;
Leadership and presentation skill
Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
Work independently and self-motivated and highly integrity.
