Developing and maintain the customer profile, that should cover both internal and external data metrics and in line with info. protection policy
Working with CE team to develop the criteria and information for pharmacy profiling, it should be both qualitative and quantitative elements and its appropriate weighting to ensure effectiveness of CSO team.
Developing the channel strategies to maximize the resources and make sure the coverage on high potential territories thru S&T and SRO activities.
Working with CE team to develop the KPIs and measurement to ensure productivity of CSO pharmacy team.
Building commercial strategies, partnership plan and activities for each CTC segmentation to increase product availability, increasing recommendation and reduce switching.
Understanding market and customer insights and build content together with marketing team to ensure effectively omnichannel implementation with clear KPIs.
Understanding patient flow of power brands and working closely with brand team to identify key product priorities and approach.
Building partnership plan for pharmacy chain and WS.
Working closely with brand team, BUDs, Finance for developing volume and pricing strategies to drive the growth of portfolio for each segmentation in retail pharmacies, chains and wholesaler.
Working closely with CSO-pharmacy team for customer insights on their needs and expectation on business development at retail pharmacy and pharmacy chain.
Developing marketing program for each segmentation to maximize the market opportunity, that aligned with global program and customer needs.
Excellence in implementation of CTC strategic plan and monitoring productivity of CSO-pharmacy team.
Providing seasoned leadership in the execution of CTC strategies to ensure achieving goals and objectives.
Managing and monitoring of Trade Activities and initiatives execution with clear KPIs and performance tracking.
Working with CE team to develop the KPIs and measurement to ensure the successful of pharmacy program and productivity of CSO pharmacy team.
Collaborate with CE / training people and product managers to develop and execute all the training activities for CSO pharmacy service team (including mandatory and refreshed training).
Localizing and adapting global contents to deliver an exceptional customer experiment plan.
Collaborate with portfolio manager / brand team to identify appropriate / insightful contents for CTC segmentation.
Responsible on localizing the above country marketing campaign / POS program and promotional material for key focused brands which be used in retailer and pharmacy chain
Integrating different brand activities into operational plan for customer in retail and pharmacy chain to leverage the customer experience with GSK products and services
Ensuring that the customer’s feedback and customer insights are taken into account by frequently visiting customer and working closely with CSO field force.
Third Party Oversight and Risk management
Ensure all promotional activities of GSK and ZPV CSO pharmacy team to comply with Vietnam laws and GSK policies.
Responsible on end to end process of Third Party Oversight (CSO service pharmacy team)Ensure the TPO internal control frame work being in place / in use and frequently reviewCollaborate with compliance / legal colleague to develop and execute all the mandatory training (ABAC, code of practice, PV, competition law .
Collaborate with finance team executing the front and back end monitoring payment process (discount checking & expenses)Develop and execute annual L1 & L2 audit on activities related to CSO pharmacy team.
External and Internal Stakeholder management
Building strong networking with external partners including WS, chains and CSO-pharmacy team.
Working collaboration with internal GSK marketing, FF, finance and regional / global team in developing and implementing relevant plans and projects
Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :
University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy is preferred
Brand Management experience in MNC is needed
Former experience / background in trade marketing is highly recommended
Segmentation and targeting
Relevant Product knowledge
Omnichannel marketing experience is preference
Customer insights, analysis (develop, read and Use to interpreting data and driving value adding insights analysis the research report )
