Our client is a fast growing startup company in music & technology industry who is looking for potential candidate to join their firm :

  • Develop a strategic plan by collaborating with the leadership team and executives
  • Ensure suitable metrics are in place to measure performance and progress
  • Observe daily operations of the company to identify new opportunities for initiatives
  • Directly responsible for the company’s revenue acceleration, and daily operations
  • Builds a foundation for excellence in customer adoption through the use of cost-effective
  • processes, metrics, and best practices
  • Manage teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
  • Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate team to achieve their targets
  • Leads in the efforts to build a robust indirect sales strategy and channel strategy
  • Exceeds customer expectations and contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Monitors customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
  • Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of leadership experience
  • At least 5+ years of working experience in a highly analytical role and product / monetization / growth or related roles
  • Experience in working in the product-centric company
  • Experience in working with application products is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and familiarity with the strategies and tactics needed to develop and grow new business opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactive in identifying issues and recommending solutions.
  • Fluent English in both written and verbal communication
  • Sale and negotiation skills
  • Statistics and analytical skills
  • Requirements
