Recruitment :

  • Oversee the implementation of company's recruitment strategy and deliver of recruitment agenda.
  • Manage overall recruitment process to ensure that recruitment and selection processes operate effectively with expected results.
  • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
  • Employer Branding
  • Learning & Development & Talent Management :

  • Identifying training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with line managers and human resources departments .
  • Suggest interesting training courses aligned with needs to ensure efficient implementation of individual training plans.
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to the training objectives are met.
  • HR management and Employee Relation :

  • Assist to review, develop and implement relevant HR strategies, internal policies, HR manuals, to be in line with the Company’s strategies and values;
  • To ensure all company policies and procedures / employee handbook are up to date in line with local law.
  • To provide a professional support to the HR Manager to build up company's salary structure, KPI for whole company and manage performance review system;
  • To ensure efficient HR Operations by managing a wide range of employee recognition programs, performance & reward programs, compensation & benefits, recruitment, employment cost & budget control.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • To elaborate HR & company knowledge in dealing with complex disciplinary or grievance and related HR issues.
  • Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by HR Manager and HR Ad hoc projects (local & regional)
