Driving Performance - Has the responsibility to meet / exceed performance targets for assigned product(s) within the allocated territory through achievement of related Customer Engagement Excellence KPIs
Executing Customer Engagement Excellence - focuses on executing in-clinic Action Plan by way of Customer Engagement Model, implements off-
clinic promotional activities assigned to target Customers and thereby improves the Customer relationship
Organise physician education programmes and support KOL development
Support implementing patient education by HCP, product access and treatment compliance programmes
Adhering to Compliance, Code of Conducts and Policies - Is responsible to ensure that all company and industry compliance topics / requirements are understood, adhered to,and established local processes followed
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Performance Achievement in the assigned territory
Ensure listing of the BI products as required
Ensure availability of the BI products as required
Provide comprehensive information of the BI products by utilizing the available resource / tools / trainings
Ensure treatment needs of the BI products are met in the assigned territory.
Builds valued discussion around specialty HCP needs and opportunities.
2. Execute Promotion Action Plans with excellence
Validate and fully understand the Action Plans
Plan for logistics to execute the Action Plans
Execute an effective Action Plan with the objective of maximizing BI business in assigned district to ensure achievement of district performance targets / objectives
3. Customer Relationship management
Maintain correct and complete customer data base
Develop / Validate effective Promotion Action Plans
Develops and maintains relations with target customers to ensure they support using BI products for right patients.
Track achievement of Action Plans and take corrective actions to ensure that Gain,Build, Defend customers are met on priority
Utilizes VEEVA and other BI supporting analysis processes to plan activity, monitors DDA use, and maintain account and HCP records.
4. Superior Promotion Capability-
Achieve exceptional technical& professional knowledge(Disease,Clinical Trials,Product,Marketing strategy and Competition)
Delivers exemplary level of clinical and technical value to his / her customers, assisting the health care customer in meeting their unique patient care needs, all within BI regulatory guidelines.
Provides expert understanding of the Payer landscape.
Excel at using appropriate BI Promotion Training techniques which supports and encourages technical exchange / dialogue of scientific knowledge and thereby providing enhanced value to the HCPs through facilitation of individual patient management and therapy decision making process.
5. Data management and Reporting
Provides consistent, timely and complete administrative duties and responsibilities
Records and tracks product uptake and customers in territory / hospital
Provides monthly forecasting sheet based on actual product performance.
Obtains and records feedback from existing customer on competitors product performance and monitors their activity
Prepares and provides ad hoc reports as requested by Management team / Business Unit Director
6. Comply with local regulations, industry and company Code of Conduct
Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and follow company Code of Conduct
Take necessary action on issues of compliance
Be a role model in compliance with local regulations, industry and company code of conduct
Bachelor degree of Medicine or Pharmacy
Experience as MR / PS in Oncology field
Industry / Product knowledge
