Explore new client, industries, project and turn it into business opportunity.
Search for and follow up inquiries, orders and Sales contracts
Cooperate effectively with cross-functional Department like factory, especially with accounting and logistics to ensure receivables and delivery of products are managed.
Establish and maintaining good relationship with existing customer.
Advise management on Project Progress
Manage sales team
Prepare monthly sales report and forecast; and budgeting for annual sales
Increase and improve customer

1. Required skills & knowledge for the position :
Fairly understanding product and process related in plastic industry.
Focused on Results
Focused and result oriented
Strong communication skill, decisive, organized, good analyst, passionate.
2. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience :
English business level
Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus
Prefer candidate with experience in plastic industry and knowledge of e-commerce
At least 3 years experiened in sales at management level
4. Other Requirements : In-depth technical knowledge of plastics industry.
