1 / Market research
Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, market visit, and sales data in liaison with sales team
Accumulate competitor info (product ranges, price, promotion ) in liaison with sales team
2 / Product / Category Marketing
Defining and implementing the marketing strategy, plan & activities such as : product launch / promotion campaigns / communication / initiatives for the assigned product in liaison with sales team and marketing team.
Developing & structuring brand identity for assigned product such as value proposition, message, title, packaging, marketing storytelling, etc)
Managing & Optimizing the product visibility on official channels (website, fanpage, etc)
Participate in product development by making recommendations to improve user experience, engagement, retention to deliver innovation-driven client solutions
Plan and control the section budgets in liaison with sales & marketing team for the highest
3 / Following and tracking
Monitor & optimize the performance of existing product in order to maximize sales volume and even if gross profit margins
Track & evaluate the effectiveness of project for product mkt activities and ensure projects are implemented smoothly
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications
Minimum of 4 years of general marketing experience and at least 2 years of senior marketing executive
Have knowledge and experience about non-ecommerce seller such as social seller, etc
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, and skilled in working cross-functionally
Strong analytical skills
Skilled in planning, quality focus, customer service, managing processes and strong presentation skills required
Advanced English level
