As a Product Manager, your role will be to lead a core team (composed by a Game Designer, a Lead 2D Artist and Front End and Back End developers) to manage the creation, release and live operations of high-quality H5 social games.
From inception through delivery, you lead the go to market strategy and updates roadmap using user data, competitive insights and industry best practices to improve the product's KPIs.
Organize your team throughout the different production cycles (pitch to design to mock-ups to MVP, etc.)
Oversee the quality of games in production to ensure they reach high KPIs standards and be kept on time and to budget.
Translate business goals, feature concepts, and customer needs into concise and effective documents
Own game KPIs from development to live and present regular updates on the games performances
Ensure the product decisions are based on in-depth data analysis, championing the correct use of research strategies and leveraging existing data to balance the game systems / features appropriately to achieve business goals and pre-established objectives.
Through strong customer empathy and understanding of user experience, lead the charge on collaborating with our players and community, translating their needs and desires into the product road-map.
Manage the Data Team to ensure efficient delivery of Key Metrics for decision-making and game performance optimization.
Responsible to keep your team engaged through recognition, relationship building, and meeting achievements.
Stay abreast of competitive features in the industry and evangelize best practices across teams
Manage the execution of Live operations, AB Tests, ads and IAP revenue optimization to realize the product's business goals and vision.
2+ years managing free-to-play games on either mobile or social platforms.
At least one (1) shipped the mobile game to worldwide launch.
Analytical thinker with experience in analyzing data using dashboard and tools to trigger actionable recommendations
Strong understanding of gaming ads practices.
Highly competent in on-going collaboration across different departments, teams, and management.
Highly capable of summarizing complex problems, in order to provide clear solutions to the Management team.
Prior experience managing a team.
Experience optimizing product features after release through interpreting community, data, and production input.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Excellent problem solving and time management skills
BA / BS Degree, MBA preferred.
As a plus :
2-3 Years Experience in Product Management / Game Development;
