Develop SOPs of Production lines; ensure compliance of assigned work center on GMP, HSE and Security
To ensure that products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality;
To ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed by an authorized person;
To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of his department personnel is carried out and adapted according to need
Build an organization of production lines and manage people
Define the functions and responsibilities of production staff with a clear objective.
Propose upward the demand for training and follow up the training for new, existing employees upon the requirements
Together with his Manager, Develop and maintain teamwork effectiveness in production.
Arrange production schedule to fulfil customer demand given by the Logistic Department
Shift schedules, ensuring requisition of materials, machine loading
Follow the execution in order to ensure that the finished goods meet to requirements and fulfilled as agreed timelines
Coordinate and integrate within the solid team and with related departments to ensure support in attaining outputs, productivity and quality
Determine performance indicators and provide necessary actions to improve production lines performance.
Reach site +QDCI objectives with NO compromise on compliance
Provide to direct manager ideas and proposal for the improvement of the workshop to be more and more effective in term of PCT
Calculate capacity and optimize resources (manpower and equipment) to maximize yield and productivity in production lines
