Coordinating / cooperating with OP sections and other department in making / verifying / sending reports to support OP management and push sales
Prepare periodic report (monthly, weekly, daily ) and adhoc to support Operation management and business.
Understand and analyze complex requirement, structure data and develop Microsoft application (excel and access) to have report meet business requirement.
Modify / adjust the develop application when there is business change or issue.
Consolidate and preparing Operations packages reporting for OPs Executive Management.
Fulfilling internal or external audit requirements, as needed.
Review and verify produced reports by junior staff.
Coaching or training business process, technical and system to junior staff.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities about business, soft skills and technical skills; reading material related insurance.
Work with other section such as IT, CS, to complete related tasks.
Support / back up reports when team member absent.
Any other duties as assigned
University degree of IT or mathematic
At least 2 year in area report, candidates who worked in Analytics, report in life insurance are preferred
Insurance (prefer), Information Technology (Database); Life Asia system (prefer), Access, Excel, Power Point.; Logical thinking, analysis and teamwork spirit;
Using Microsoft of Access, Excel fluently is a plus
