Responsibilities
Deliver trainings in soft skills, basic work and technical skills, administration, and new employee orientation.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to present new employee orientation to classes of 10-25 new hires.
Prepare classrooms and materials, coordinating with IT as needed to ensure technical training rooms are ready.
Partner with Operations Managers and First Line Managers to organize and deliver job-specific training.
Update and maintain course training materials. - Collect and evaluate data on program effectiveness for ongoing improvement.
Ensure most effective lesson delivery through a variety of instructional methods.
Complete course closure procedures so LMS accurately reflects the employee’s training history and report completions to the Site Training Manager.
Communicate with Coaches, Team Leads, Mentors and Team Members about training initiatives.
Stay up to date on customer support and help desk policies, procedures, standards and documentation.
Drive knowledge-sharing within the site team.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field
At least 1 year of training experience in a fast-paced, technological environment
Proficiency in both written and oral English
Excellent presentation, communication, and adult learning facilitation skills
Proactive, collaborative team-player
Proficiency with MS Office tools
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Flexible thinking with good working memory and time management skills
Strong project management and prioritization skills
