Job Description
Our client is a leading group of commercial joint stock banks in Vietnam with regards to network operation, brand recognition and consistent development rate They are looking for a qualified Head of Business Intelligence to join their firm :
Lead and manage Business Intelligence projects
Assess KPIs, perform root cause analyses, create recommendations for corrective action and work with business verticals to implement them.
Be responsible for the accuracy of the calculations of these KPIs
Develop and automate dashboards, analyses and reports to support business functions
Manage the rollout of these dashboards and reports to the relevant teams, providing training and support on the usage of these tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders in Operations and Sales to make data driven decisions
Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and sales growth
Collaborate with the regional business intelligence team on the roll out of regional-led initiatives to the country team
Develop the company-wide data strategy, collaborate with stakeholders to well execute this strategy to effectively digitize complicated processes & monetize the data resources
Develop a data access governance framework to ensure efficient & safe data extraction / usage
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in analytics and process improvement-related initiatives
Proficiency with SQL
Experience with Python and data visualization tools a plus
BS degree in a quantitative degree : Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics
Naturally curious and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communications skills
Continuous improvement mindset
Good command of English
Requirements
