We are looking for a Commercial Executive who would love to work with paperworks and numbers.You will work under supervision of Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Legal team to proceed paperwork for international clients

Deal costs between competitive suppliers

Support Account Team to manage and keep track of necessary documents

Prepare and full-fill document of purchasing process to comply with Vietnam Tax Regulatory and Internal / SOX requirement.

Qualifications

Enjoy working with paperwork

University Degree with relevant background is a big plus. Accounting or Commercial law background is preferable

Having working experience as Procurement / Purchasing Officer or Legal Assistant in a service-provided company is a plus

Good diligence, organization skills, detailed-oriented mindset and can work under pressure

Daily English communication skills; being familiar with English documents is a plus

Knowledge of supplier or third - party management is an advantage
