Job Description

  • Take responsibility of preparing and making beverages for guests, providing detailed information on drink menus. Responds to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve the highest guest satisfaction.
  • Understand all beverage recipes, equipment and be able to provide fast efficient service for guests
  • Take duty on shift check goods, tools, equipment at preparation counters as prescribed.
  • B responsible for preparing, supplementing goods, displaying, arranging the preparation counter tidily, always ready to serve guests.
  • Control drinks, goods and materials at preparation counter to avoid wastage, losses; make reports of daily consumption, to do periodic inventory.
  • Provide a responsible service of alcohol
  • Keep the preparation counter and tools clean and tidy.
  • Work Experience

  • Alcohol awareness certification and / or food service permit or valid health / food handler card as required by local government agency.
  • Able to read and write English.
  • High School and / or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
  • Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations preferred.
