Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organisation-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
Directly oversee the daily operations of the company with responsibility for the management of all departments. Analysing internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement and controlling company costs.
Implement and drive Key Performance Indicators across business operations. Knowledgeable in the manufacturing operations and the needs and capabilities of each department, designing, improving and implementing business operations.
Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.
Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics.
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance, dedication and retention. Providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to develop staff.
Assist the company in fundraising ventures in conjunction with the CFO.
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
Manage relationships with partners / vendors, ensuring quality customer experience.
Prepare timely and accurate reports for the Board, CEO (as applicable) and the Central Senior Management Team. Including evaluating the performance of each department in a company, including whether they met production goals and budgets control financial policies and procedures.
