This is an exciting opportunity to uncover and tell stories for a global audience, while having the opportunity to grow your brand and content management skills!

You’ll be part of a pioneering team and will be supporting all aspects of planning and coordination of recruitment marketing activities that will position Ciena as an employer of choice across the globe.

Responsibilities :

  • Write copy for employer brand attraction and amplification in different channels / platforms : Newsletters, Website, Social Media, Infographic, and more
  • Handle our presence on candidate-facing sites like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Content and Social Media Management for various channels both owned and paid.
  • Reporting and analysis of recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with partner agencies for content creation, as needed.
  • Support the Recruitment Marketing Manager in planning and coordination for marketing initiatives.
  • Experience Required :

  • 1-2 years of experience in communications and marketing.
  • Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Tools.
  • Graduate of Journalism / Marketing (or with relevant experience in the field).
  • Fresh graduates with a hunger for growth and development are welcome to apply!
