Reportto : Senior Manager, Performance & Rewards

Position Objective :

  • Preparing compensation & benefits programs, Updating HR operating policies and process in order to operate the P&R activities smoothly
  • Be responsible for HR governance and risk to make sure the alignment with Group Policies and Standards
  • Role & Responsibilities :

  • Be accountable for suggesting the job band for the positions at professional levels that ensure to be followed by Mercer methodology
  • Prepare data for the compensation & benefit surveys, be responsible for data submission and providing data from surveys to serve the compensation & benefit scheme
  • Update the HR process through studying the current process, and requested from the superior on the purpose of enhancing the operational activities smoothly
  • Be responsible for preparing monthly reports and quarterly reports related to HR areas (headcount, turnover rate, ..), Risk areas and Finance areas to support the meetings of LTs and decision making process
  • Peer review the audit report, focus on the non-conformation point and suggest the action plan to solve it
  • Quarterly random check personal profile, interview assessment and service provider worker's profile (SPW) who signed labor contract with third party and work for the company to make sure they follows the company procedure / process
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements
  • Financial and Non-Financial Measures : Turn-around-time : ensure the TAT correspondent to the assigned HR functional process is on track, including : HR Projects : action plan is executed and delivered as per timelineQualitative feedback to Department Head related to inquiries in the assigned HR functions
  • Communication RequirementsInternal : work closely with HR team in generally, P&R and LD & Engagement team in particular;
  • work with the other departments in AIA VN about related mattersExternal : work with consulting firm, and vendors to operate the daily operations .etc..

    Requirements :

  • Education University degree
  • Experience At least 4-5 years of experience in HR field
  • The job incumbent should have a hand-on experience in compensation & benefits, and setting up HR related procedures, policies
  • Special skills : Knowledgeable of Vietnamese Labor Law, data analytics, time management, well organizing, market practice understanding, project management, customer oriented
