JAC’s client is one of the big Japanese trading company. Their business is very diverse, commercial, spanning industrial and consumer sectors.
They have the main market in automobiles, trucks, steel products, industrial machinery, chemical products, and energy in both domestic and overseas markets.
Business areas run the gamut, including agricultural products, industrial raw materials, and high technology.
At least 2 years experience in IT Help Desk work
Sharepoint development experience is a plus
WordPress maintenance / develpment experience is a plus
Excel VBA development experience is a plus
development experience is a big plus
Working experience in multinational corporations is a plus
General IT Help Desk work (Trouble shooting, user ID management, device management, network monitoring, etc.)
Cooperate with related parties to meet compliance requirements imposed by global headquarters
License, Contract management
Development if any and if possible

SKILL, QUALIFICATION, ABILITY
Basic understanding of Windows, servers, network, firewalls, and preferably SAP ERP
Motivated to learn new skills, especially, Sharepoint development, WordPress, RPA (UiPath), and Excel VBA
High respect for regulatory compliance and ethical standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
English-speaking & writing ability
