Maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and safety, hygiene, health code regulations...
Monitor inventory, purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors
Monitor F&B Guest Experience indicators, food cost and labor cost.
Hire, train and supervise kitchen staff
Assist and direct kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and delivery
Work Experience
Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline preferred.
Strong financial and business acumen,
Fluency in English.tification in a Culinary discipline preferred.
Exceptional leadership skills, including motivation and goal-setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and organizational skills
