Job Description

  • Develop unique and cuisine-appropriate menus
  • Collaborate with the F&B Manager to set item prices, creat new program promotion for F&B.
  • Stay current on developing trends in the luxury restaurant industry .
  • Maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and safety, hygiene, health code regulations...
  • Monitor inventory, purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors
  • Monitor F&B Guest Experience indicators, food cost and labor cost.
  • Hire, train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Assist and direct kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and delivery
  • Work Experience

  • Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline preferred.
  • Strong financial and business acumen,
  • Fluency in English.tification in a Culinary discipline preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, including motivation and goal-setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
