This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base. The Role Responsibilities

  • Drive Digital Banking agenda, road map to customer journey, client digital adoptions, process simplifications to deliver seamless customer experience, enhanced service levels across channels (Mobile, SMS, Web, I-banking).
  • Superior project management skills to deliver innovation projects, enhance system capabilities to facilitate digital on-boarding, servicing and sales.
  • Coordinate with country & group Business stakeholders, vendor / partners, Technology teams on related system activities.

  • Execute new functionality launch, payment capabilities, leverage on emerging technologies and market trends to deliver digital transactional and servicing needs.
  • Communication strategy to promote Digital channels, collaborate with country Analytics team to explore the data driven opportunities, customer insights, strategize the target segments, product needs, channel optimisation & execution models.
  • Maintain operations effectiveness, respond to events and issues for quick resolution. Govern digital channel & adhere to regulatory requirements, overall vendor and service provider management.
  • Development of DOIs / local operations manuals. Ensure compliance, group / country policies requirements across all Digital channels.
  • Our Ideal Candidate

  • Digital banking operations, channel management or similar experiences in banking / financial industries.
  • Project management skills & ability to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business goal.
  • Good understanding of Client Relationships, Retail Banking Operations & Risk frameworks.
  • Knowledge of banking products and technology including core banking and interface systems.
  • knowledge of Digital platforms across Mobile, SMS, web and I-banking as required
  • Strong communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
