Job Description

1. Tours & Event handling

Implement Tours & Event for Customers in liaison with Vendors & related

Departments (including preparation for bidding process, check & confirm Tour / Event criteria & evaluate Vendor proposal)

Create plan & concept & implementation progress for Tours & event review for improvement

Actual handling for Event on site & Tours (if required) together with Vendors & manage arising issue (if any)

Control all activities being conducted within assigned budget.

2. Marketing support task :

Support in Marketing task in HANOI and nearby territory in term of Trade Marketing - Deal with Vendor to handle & check shopfront job for Customers : signboard, product display

Process Marcom & Branding Marketing activities within assigned territory to enhance Daikin brand image & brand value

Other Marketing related tasks as requirements

Research & survey on related tasks to propose new idea for improvement toward Leader

Create report as requirements

Job Requirement

Under 35 years old. Bachelor degree or above (Major : Marketing, Economics, Hospitality, Tourism...)

Interested in Tour, Event handling tasks

Good computer / office skills : word, excel, power point

Fluent in spoken & written English

Friendly, active, patient & detail-oriented 2 to 3 years’ experience in related tasks
