KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Ability to interact with our customers effectively and efficiently via various communication channels (Facebook, Zalo ) regarding billing issues, product problems, refunds, exchanges, service questions and general client concerns.
Generate and update website content (products, content, promotions)
Work with agencies to build traffic & sales via the website
Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements
Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website
Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them
Analyze customer’s needs and coordinate with the Marketing, Operations or Merchandising for improving the performance.
Review orders daily and allocate it to stores, regarding its location and stocks, complete delivering orders to the customers within the time limit.
Follow up on existing issues and keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
Assist and coordinate the online ordering process
Working between multiple web apps to enter, pull, and assess customer information
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Coordinate with Merchandising and Marketing team to stay updated on product
knowledge and promotion, campaign, program.
Monitor stock levels in the business to keep the website updated at all times.
Implement the development and operations of the companies B2B and B2C online
Assists the E-commerce team to grow the online portfolio of web and mobile tools,
some developed in-house, some vendor solutions.
KEY CONTACTS :
Retail Operations Merchandise
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields. Experiences
in selling at Ecommerce platforms is a plus.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese. Communication
skills in English.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Have experience handling a high-volume workflow in a professional setting.
Flexible with working hours, as your schedule will be based on business needs and may include overtime.
