  • Manage the performance of Maison’s CRM channels to grow customer retention and ultimately the CRM contribution to business targets

  • In revenue growth coming CRM Channels
  • In growth of the email base
  • Improvements of CRM metrics such as open rates, click rates, unsubscribes

  • Optimize the performance of Maison’s daily newsletter
  • Initiate, manage and run relevant A / B tests to acquire and retain customers
  • Implement various email campaigns (lifecycle, reactivation, automated journey flows ) to improve the customer journey
  • Create relevant campaigns through other CRM touchpoints (SMS, push notifications, etc.) to increase conversion and ensure a great customer experience
  • Work closely with the strategy team to ensure consistency across channels and execution of marketing plans with brands.
  • Provide the marketing team and senior management team with insightful reporting and benchmark

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree major in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • 3+ years’ experience in Marketing and CRM. Experience in Fashion retail is a plus
  • Creative and design sensibility
  • Strong analytical skills with great attention to details
  • Customer focused
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Strong listening skills and judgement to make wise decisions in the interest of Maison RMI
