Provide counselling and hotline services to HD’s corporate customers, under the supervision of the consulting team. You are responsible for maintaining prompt and accurate case files of clients seen as well as for completing all necessary administrative, follow up, referral and recording responsibilities in connection with cases seen or referred.
You are required to manage the WLC Hotline / Emergency Hotline and undertake duties to serve as the 24 hour stand-by WLC counselor, under the supervision of the consulting team.
Source, coordinate and partner with affiliate consultants to ensure the service delivery.
Provide case management and liaison with affiliates and various parties in providing end-to end support to the successful service delivery.
On an occasional basis, develop, prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for the Company in a professional manner, under the supervision of the consulting team.
To assist in Customer Relationship Management to develop and manage business relationship with existing corporate customers and new prospects.
Act as the Account Manager or coordinator for the assigned accounts in Vietnam and / or other Asian countries when necessary.
Assist in the marketing and provision of Integrated Solution for Leadership & Change to the Company’s corporate customers in Vietnam and / or other Asian countries.
To assist in any aspect of the day-to-day operations of the Vietnam office including office administrative responsibilities.
Be accountable to the Regional Manager Vietnam / Managing Director North ASEAN in administrative, counselling matters and other service deliverables.
Other reasonable and lawful duties as assigned by Regional Manager Vietnam / Managing Director North ASEAN.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor degree in Psychology, Counseling or related disciplines and Master degree is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years related experiences preferably in counselling, training, coaching, HR or consulting.
Strong work ethics and professional integrity is a must.
Organized, multi-tasking, detail-minded and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Committed to serving working people in a multinational setting.
Sound proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel and Power Point).
Good command of English. Can deliver counselling and training in English is a strong advantage.
Able to apply analytical skills and methodologies to solve problems.
Strong project management skills.
Able to produce high quality written work, such as professional articles, course content, business reports or proposals.
Able to convey ideas in coherent, fluent and logical manner.
Ability to influence and build strong client relationships.
