Defining and implementing the local Sales and Marketing strategy of Service Division, Electrification Busines Area, in the country, ensuring growth and achievement of targeted sales, margins, market share and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead country Marketing & Sales organization to grow geographic coverage and channel penetration. Drive customer collaboration initiatives locally to support profitable growth for both Division and Electrification Business Area at Ho Chi Minh City;
  • Vietnam.Reporting to APAC Marketing and Sales, Service Division, Electrification Business Area.

    Your responsibilities

  • Creating, planning and implementing service sales strategy by increasing the installed base (IB) penetration, effectively
  • Utilizing ServIS (the approved Service database) and promoting value add service product offerings supporting Life Cycle Management (LCM).
  • Achieving service sales volume by ensuring the team sells entire service portfolio and participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
  • Ensuring achievement of service sales targets, providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed.
  • Identifying service sales leads by analyzing the IB potential and targeting those new IB opportunities from emerging trends with the Service solutions available.
  • Establishing long term customer relationships with key customers and decision makers by understanding the requirements, regulations and exhibiting high expertise in technical solutions and products.
  • Collaborating with Business Units and account teams to position different service offerings by evaluating and sharing relevant information on installed base data, sales leads, customer’s and competitor’s solutions and marketing trends with the team.
  • Your background

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering and / or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 5-7 years of commercial leadership experience in large, complex, fast-pace, matrixed, innovative industrial organizations, with direct management of large sales and marketing teams preferably in system business but also knowledge in product business is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the design and execution of commercial plans and strategies.
  • Ability to create and communicate marketing messages and value propositions effectively to the sales and marketing force and customers.
  • Experience in dealing and understanding of the global industrial and commercial market, especially as it relates to the ecosystem of channel partners, direct sales, segments, solutions & digital selling, and the evolving e-commerce landscape.
  • Strong problem solving, learning agility and ability to deal with shifting priorities and issues. Ability to supervise and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Results focused and able to work well under pressure and against tight deadline.

  • Analytical and strategic in consolidating data into valuable information for the business to act upon. Capacity to conceptualize as well as operationalize commercial strategies.
  • Proven track record in designing and deploying marketing strategies and / or leading and closing large sales deals.
