Based on issue / complaint of clients to consult and get advice / request from other teams
Collect & analyze data, work with complainant, and conduct meeting with clients
Initiate meetings with related teams to check the impact award / reward / system for proposal to the Manager or self-decision making.
Report to line managers to raise the proposal / suggestions for action plan if it’s a high pin level or complicated case.
Enforcement process for delivery decision, follow up strictly if any appeal
Make sure all cases are 100% recorded, data for weekly and monthly report to local and global Team.
2.Amagram (Amway's magazine) & Facebook Content
Create content For Basic Rules in Amagram monthly.
Build and delivery case study based on frequent violation of clients for Facebook.
Control and manage feedback of clients on Facebook and other digital communication channel as well as meeting in person with clients
3.Report & System
Work with team for Global report on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis. Attend the bi-weeks report with Global, Monthly meeting with GM & Legal team.
Manage & send out Rule’s report to Sales, Admin,... monthly.
Check client’s status & work with related teams to update data to Hybris system.
4.Communication & Consultant
Create the new methods of Rules Communication to ensure client engagement and understand about Rules of Conduct values.
Best practice model sharing via Games, Contest to attract clients to comply with Rules of Conduct, then support clients to build the sustainable businesses.
Build and deliver story content for Basis Rule in form of Comic.
Receive assignments from Global & other affiliates, take relevant actions and update to the Tracker tool.
Report to Management about the market trend, sensitive information, work with Public Affairs and Sales team to check the information.
Support team to collect questions of clients, communicate with clients through Training sessons by online platform.
Support in checking the Rules issues for Recognition List, Attendant List, ALS Tracking List, Qualification list of other departments before the start of the event.
Support Operation Department to check the New / Re-application of clients in 3 months / 6 months / 2 Years (In average, there are 50 cases / month)
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Legal, Business Administration, Finance or any related fields
At least 3 years of experience in Legal & Compliance in corporate environment
Good data & document management
Familiar with online data tracking system
Decisive and always eager to learn new things
Proactive and able to work independently
Good communication skills and cooperate well with team
Good in English (4 skills)
