Following Japanese headquarter decision, set up and prepare production line Determine processing procedure of production Make trial run before starting production Prepare form related to production engineering, and educate and instruct staff in the production line Improve productivity and quality Trouble shooting and make solution for improvement of process Analyse trouble and report to Japan Gender : Any Age : 30 - 40s Bachelor Degree Japanese business level or English business level Having experience as a Manufacture Engineer in Precision equipment, electrical equipment, infrastructure, Glass related manufacturers field Working experience in Japanese Company More than 5 persons Management experience Having Experienced same industry they will have 2 rounds interview.
