Has overall responsibility of the business, the delivery of the Net Sales and Profit Targets, translating regional strategies for implementation in the assigned countries CLM (Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar).
Manages distributors including target settings, follow-ups, monthly meetings, providing inspiring incentive plans for distributor and distributor field team, where applicable.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Implement and facilitate new launches in close collaboration with the ROPU Business Segment Heads / Managers.
Convert and communicate regional brand strategies and marketing material for local implementation. Deliver the CLM Brand Plan
Review opportunities for new products to be introduced into the market and extensions to claims for existing products.
Regularly analyze performance / results of the business and respective markets to identify business challenges and opportunities.
Participate actively in preparation and formalization of Annual Discussion business plan and budget with subsequent updates, in collaboration with AH Head
Develop, implement and monitor the marketing plans to meet the CLM sales budget and profitability
Implement the ROPU SEASK species strategy in close collaboration with the ROPU Head of AH and regional functions in CLM
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Ability to speak Thai is a strong advantage
Position is based in Vietnam (HCMC), but must be mobile to travel to Thailand and cover Cambodia, Laos & Myanmar.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation & negotiation skills.
Good business network within Animal Health industry.
Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
Track record in Sales & Marketing
Experience in Key Account Management is preferable.
Having network with CP group will be advantage.
Extensive experiences in Animal Health including leadership experiences in pharmaceutical companies.
Degree in Veterinary, Life Sciences and / or Marketing. Preferably with MBA qualifications.
