Job Description

  • Leading & supporting implementation & planning commercial calendar cross-functional and with the operations
  • Securing training & information flow to stores on overall range development, category and product information.
  • Overviewing of the flow of product information and benefits to the marketing department for all sales channels.
  • Description

  • Contribute to the annual business plan
  • To be overall responsible for the commerce strategy based on the business requirements.
  • Lead and develop the commercial calendar yearly plan. Follow up on the execution
  • Lead, support, and develop the relevant commerce strategy based on an in-depth understanding of the common goal and ambitions per category and function relevant to the market
  • Support the store operations with knowledge and communication of the yearly sales plan and follow-ups.
  • Guard and develop range matrix pre category, function, and individual SKU level for price ladder, style and variety.
  • To be overall responsible for the range identity, category structure and function with the range framework.
  • Be abreast of retail trends in the retail market, qualifying new trends, brands or developments.
  • Conduct regular competitor visits comparing range, price and suggest immediate actions where needed.
  • Manage to achieve the business plan for sales, GP through executing price ladder and price points, sell-through, product shelf life and effective stock management.
  • This can be at division, category, sub-category and SKU level.

  • Build and maintain good relationships with all vendors for the business' best interest.
  • Cooperate with Digital department to achieve the best product description of all categories for SEO & paid ads
  • To work on the product development with both local and imports (imports executed by the sourcing team) and manage over product assortment effectively to align with the company strategy.
  • Propose new products which satisfy customers' needs, company policy (ethics, etc.) and Vietnam regulations.
  • Responsible to brief the marketing team on the commercial calendar and the range that should be in focus throughout the year.
  • To work with the marketing team to ensure that all promotional activity is supported with the correct level of markdown / MPO offers or other promotional activity.
  • Work on buying planning to control and ensure that orders are shipped and delivered on promised dates while optimizing storage costs.
  • Review weekly sales and identify any risk or opportunities, set up and maintain WS reports, trading reports and all other merchandise tasks like range analysis, sizing analysis, leaflet analysis.
  • Manage deliver and take lead on the assigned product group to be delivered in the group KPI, Sales, Profit margin, Other Income, inventory.
  • Participates in meetings, in-service training, workshops, etc. for the purpose of conveying and / or gathering information required to perform job functions.
  • Processes requisitions into approved purchase orders for the purpose of updating and distributing information and / or acquiring resources in compliance with established guidelines.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

  • Education : University or Diploma in the business field
  • Experience : At least 7 - 10 years experience in retail business and / or related fields.
  • Attitude : Rigorous, honest, good teamwork spirit, decisive
  • Language : Good command of English.
  • Computer skill : IT proficiency Excel, Powerpoint
