JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, compile, and monitor field collectors activities via GPS location checks, attitude call checks, bike and CD recovery checks, and receipt book checks to respect collection procedures and code of conduct of company.

Identify mistake / fraud / fake visit from collectors and applies deductions if Code of Conduct is violated

Minimize and prevent fraud by analyzing collected data reported in order to limit loss to smallest for company.

Control the work of field collection team leaders if they follow the given rules

Collaborate with Collections Training Department to improve and development of collectors

Complete all assigned tasks by Field Collection Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A college / bachelor’s degree in a field related to finance, business administration, economy or equivalent.

2 years experience in the related field

PC skills (MS windows, MS office, etc..)

Good English

Analytical, organized and detail oriented

Good verbal communication skills;

High availability and frequent travel
