Job Description
Strong coordination role for the Department activities, including :
I. Department activities :
Support to maintain and improve Quality Management System activities : coordinate and follow up the changes / action for gaps from IATF16949 standard, Bosch regulation / requirement
Support to internal system and process audit activities : organize, coordinate and follow up action for finding from audit, monitor qualification / requalification of HcP Auditor pool
Support to deploy BBM project in managing, track and follow up status of project package with project members
Contribute to organize QMM7 informal & formal events (Q-mindset, PSD, Teambuilding, Diversity, )
Other admin task as assigned in ad-hoc cases
Qualifications
Last year student major Industrial Management or any relevant fields
Good at reading, writing and communication in English
Proficiency in MS Office (Presentation, PowerBI)
Ability to work multi- tasks
Reliable, proactive, high commitment, creative thinking, willing to learn and do new things
Good design skill / video making is a plus
