As a Recruitment Consultant, you are expected to find the mutual suitability of Candidates (individuals) and Clients (organizations), while ensuring the Candidate’s career goals and the Client’s resourcing needs are rightly met.

On the daily basis, the key responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant include :

Perform the annual individual sales targets set by Superior / Team manager

Perform the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, candidates follow-ups) when having the job order from clients

Ensure that current relationships with existing clients are serviced and expanded by demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all dealings

Regularly build-up excellent rapport and relationships with clients and candidates

Independently manage client visits and providing excellent service delivery through recommendations and hiring solutions

Anticipate hiccups to ensure optimal sales closure

Align with company processes, internal and external policies

Other assignments by superior / team manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

What we expect :

College / Bachelor degree

Experienced in internal or external IT Recruitment or Sales (from any other industries) or non-IT recruitment but willing to work in IT recruitment

Willing to work under committed deadlines and targets

Ability to work on English languages skills (oral & written)

Good at time management, problem solving, teamwork, planning and result-oriented mindset

Can-do attitude is necessary
