Key responsibilities : - Follow, research and report of market, competitors and clients;- Plan and execute marketing strategies;
Follow, evaluate and measure marketing effectiveness;- Control and manage marketing budget approved annually;- Execute branding strategies;
Mange media activities and determine the most effective media channels to promote prized and positional branding;- Follow, evaluate, measure the value of brand on the market.
Other activities : - Coordinate with other departments to carry out sales / customer service activities in need;- Execute reports according to the regulations and requests;
Build and maintain relationships with other organizations to assist company business. Job objectives;- Execute marketing and branding strategies successfully;
Mange marketing activities effectively;- Promote sales activities through effective marketing activities.
Work location : Lot K, Tan Kim IP, Tan Kim Ward, Can Giuoc District, Long An Transportation : Company offers transportation from District 5,7 & 8 to Kizuna if candidate is from HCMC.

Degree in business administration, marketing,..;- Knowledge and experience about digital marketing (especially SEO, SEM, google analytics & other online marketing channels );
Knowledge and experience about branding for B2B company ( having experience in industrial real estate is a plus );- Good English communication skills;
Digital media (CPM, CPC, CPA) & search engine (Display Network, Retargeting, Mobile, Ad Extensions, online social media such as YouTube & Facebook);
Mange marketing budget effectively;- Time and project management; Personality- Responsibility- Proactive, nimble- Well organized-
