Responsibilities :
Responsible of developing reliability qualification plans for manufacturing-related process changes and new product transfer into factory, providing timely results update, reliability analysis and qualification report.
Support risk assessment for Manufacturing-related quality and reliability issues, customer quality issues and qualification failures, to ensure no reliability risk lots to customer.
Drive reliability monitoring through routine Reliability Audit Program (RAP) per requirement, provide timely results update and improve effectiveness and adequate coverage.
Support Manufacturing Change Action Board (CAB) by providing reliability qualification plans, data and analysis for the proposed changes.
Drive continuous improvement projects for Reliability Engineering activities, and support deployment and implementation of new reliability requirements.
Qualifications :
B.S. degree preferably in electronics, physics, material science / engineering, metallurgical or chemical engineering.
2 to 5 years working experience in Reliability Engineering or Reliability Lab operations
Knowledge in Environmental Stress Tests and related Failure Mechanisms is a must.
Knowledge in reliability testing, life prediction, statistical analysis, reliability industry standards (AEC, Jedec, Mil).
With good understanding of semiconductor physics, wafer fabrication, IC assembly and test processes.
Must have good communication skills.
Must possess good analytical and decision making skills.
